Bugis MRT station are very close, so access are easy. My room were clean and the bed were very comfy. I appreciate the noon check out time. The staff let me leave my luggage for a day when I asked.
The breakfast area are a bit small, and I saw people wait for a table.

The hotel is convenient for accessing major attractions via the Bugis line and also near two malls. One mall offer access to the hop on/off bus service for tourists looking to explore without stress to find transport.

Breakfast included many choices and had fresh selections daily. The room was clean and well kept each day by the housekeeping staff. I found bottled water was provided, a really nice touch. The hotel's location was fantastic with easy access to public transportation and local attractions. This made exploring so easy.
The breakfast area felt small, and there was a queue for seating during peak hours. I believe expanding the space would help improve the dining experience.

The front office staff demonstrated excellent service, they provided prompt assistance, plus they always greeted guests with a smile. Housekeeping ensured the room was spotless each day, they replenished the amenities efficiently. Their attention to detail was appreciated, it enhanced the overall experience.

Our room included two double beds, it easily accommodated a family. We found the room spacious; the bathroom had all necessary items. The soundproofing worked well as construction across the street caused no disturbance.
